Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 2, 2026

Dominion Travel is a travel coordination agency and intermediary between clients and independent third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, and insurance providers.

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Dominion Travel.

1. Nature of Payments

Payments made to Dominion Travel may include:

• Supplier payments (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.)
• Coordination or service fees charged by Dominion Travel
• Processing or administrative fees

Once funds are remitted to third-party providers, they are subject to that provider’s refund and cancellation policies.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

• Airline tickets (including most published and promotional fares)
• Visa processing fees
• Travel insurance premiums
• Administrative or service fees
• Custom itinerary planning fees
• Supplier deposits marked as non-refundable

3. Cancellations by Client

If a client cancels a booking:

• Refund eligibility depends entirely on the third-party provider’s policy.
• Any penalties imposed by suppliers will be deducted from refundable amounts.
• Dominion Travel service fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Refunds, when applicable, will only be processed after funds are received from the supplier.

Processing times vary and may take several weeks depending on the provider.

4. Airline Schedule Changes or Cancellations

Airlines may modify or cancel flights at their discretion.

In such cases:

• Refunds, credits, or rebooking options are determined solely by the airline.
• Dominion Travel has no authority to override airline policies.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for a scheduled flight, tour, or reservation is considered a “no-show” and is typically non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Dominion Travel directly to resolve concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback for services properly rendered or for non-refundable services may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of travel arrangements
• Collection efforts
• Additional administrative fees

Dominion Travel reserves the right to recover costs, fees, and expenses incurred due to improper chargebacks.

7. Force Majeure Events

Refunds due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or airline insolvency) are subject solely to supplier policies.

Dominion Travel is not obligated to provide refunds for amounts retained by third-party providers.

8. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• It will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Processing times depend on financial institutions and suppliers.
• Dominion Travel is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

9. No Guarantee of Refund

Dominion Travel does not guarantee that any booking will be refundable.

Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against cancellation risks.

10. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California.
