Dominion Travel acts as a travel coordinator and intermediary between clients and independent third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• Government agencies
We do not own, operate, or control these third-party providers.
All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit may be required to secure arrangements. Full payment must be made by the stated deadline.
Prices are subject to change due to:

• Supplier pricing changes
• Government taxes and fees
• Currency fluctuations
Once payment is made and services are confirmed, applicable cancellation policies apply.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Some services, including airline tickets and visa processing fees, may be non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after funds are received from the supplier.
Dominion Travel service fees may be non-refundable.
Processing times for refunds may vary and are subject to supplier timelines.
5. Client Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for:
• Maintaining valid passports
• Securing required visas
• Meeting health and vaccination requirements
• Complying with customs and immigration regulations
• Reviewing travel documents for accuracy
Dominion Travel may provide guidance but is not responsible for denied entry, visa refusal, or documentation errors provided by the client.
6. Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Delays and cancellations
• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Health risks
• Political instability
By booking travel services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under California law, Dominion Travel shall not be liable for:
• Acts or omissions of third-party providers
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Supplier insolvency
• Loss of personal property
• Injury, accident, or illness
• Events beyond our reasonable control
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Dominion Travel for coordination services.
8. Force Majeure
Dominion Travel shall not be responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
• Natural disasters
• Acts of God
• Government actions
• Pandemics
• Labor strikes
• Civil unrest

You agree not to:
